Description
A common south Indian crepe recipe is rava dosa, which is made with semolina, rice flour, and maida. Since they don’t need to be ground or fermented, they produce a dosa right away. Rava dosa batter is thinner than ordinary urad dal dosa batter, which results in a crispier, flakier dosa.
