Description
Garam masala is frequently used as a condiment in Indian meat and vegetable dishes. Garam masala is frequently ground into a powder for use in northern Indian cuisine, while it is also made into a paste for use in southern Indian cooking using coconut milk, vinegar, or water. All year round, it is produced. Although it may be combined with other flavors, garam masala is occasionally used alone.
